Greetings, friends!
Thank you for stopping by and checking out my people page. My research centers on information and sustainability ethics and how those applied ethics can better guide LIS professional to develop just, resilient, and sustainable communities. I'm an affiliate researcher of the UA Water Institute's CONSERVE Research Group, which you can learn more about here: https://www.linkedin.com/company/conservegroup/about/
For SLIS I teach courses related to information literacy, information ethics and policy, and public services roles in academic libraries as well as all three courses in the MLIS Core.
I now serve administratively as the SLIS Undergraduate Studies Coordinator, I'm the faculty advisor for the SLIS Student Chapter of the ALA, and lead the Chapter's Games and Gaming and Sustainability Interest Groups. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions about these topics or others. I'm always happy to help!
